Jeff came to CIM from the Utility Contractors Association of New England (UCANE) since 2015 and served as Executive Director since 2020 where he was responsible for day-to-day operations and worked closely with CIM on legislation and other issues of mutual interest. In that role, he has worked closely with U.S. EPA, Executive Office of Environmental Affairs, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA), and other awarding authorities and municipalities. Prior to his tenure at UCANE, Jeff has served as Director of Campaign Partnerships at Mass Insight Education; District Representative for Congressman Stephen F. Lynch; Chief of Staff for the House of Representatives Majority Leader, Ways and Means, Taxation, and Judiciary Committees; and as a Massachusetts Deputy Inspector General. Jeff and his wife reside in Walpole and he is a graduate of Providence College. He enjoys golf, running, and sits on the Board of the Friends of St. Nick, a charity in his hometown of Norwood.
