Welcome to Construction Industries of Massachusetts, Inc. We are the collective voice of the heavy construction industry – your partner in providing a world class transportation infrastructure for Massachusetts.

Construction Journal
CIM’s monthly magazine, the Construction Journal, offers members important information from the awarding authorities and also includes articles from industry experts on issues of importance.
Member Events
CIM hosts various dinner meetings throughout the year, which are informative, educational and entertaining. Many legislative leaders, agency representatives and other notables are invited to speak and participate at these dinners.
Educational Workshops & Seminars
Educational workshops and seminars are held throughout the year to educate member firms on specific topics of interest, changes in laws and other issues that affect the transportation construction industry.
Voice of the Construction Industry
Construction Industries of Massachusetts (CIM) is the voice of the construction industry on Beacon Hill and Capitol Hill. We are also your voice with municipal, state and federal governmental agencies and awarding authorities. CIM works hard to assure increased public funding for the highway, bridge, transit, airport and utility work that are our industry’s mainstay. We also strive to work with the state and federal governments to implement business friendly policies, regulations and laws.

American Road and Transportation Builders Association
CIM members can become members of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA), the only organization in Washington, D.C. that exclusively represents the transportation construction industry. ARTBA seeks to ensure there is adequate federal support for national transportation development programs and that its members can operate their businesses free of unnecessary federal regulation.
